DO THEY COME IN DIFFERENT SIZES?

We offer a wide range of units in various shapes and sizes that you can choose
from to best suit your storage needs.


CAN I CHOOSE TO COLLECT MY ORDER ?

Collection is possible, please contact us on 0203 064 2519 prior to Ordering.

DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENT KEYS AND LOCKS?

We can supply replacement keys given that you have the key serial
number, which is engraved on the key itself (this will start with ‘PP’). We
recommend you keep a note of the key serial number in the case that you
lose your keys. If you lose your keys and you don’t know the key serial
number, you will have to replace the entire internal locking system.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON THE UNIT?

We offer a 10-year warranty on the panels we
manufacture given they are maintained as per instruction. The hinges and
locks come with a 12 month warranty. Our units are galvanised and
powder coated which means they offer high resistance to rust in normal
conditions. All that is required is a wipe down twice a year to keep them
clean and performing as they should.

WILL THE UNITS RUST OR CREATE CONDENSATION ?

Each unit features a unique ventilation system that keeps condensation to a minimum. We recommend that items are wiped down and dried before being stored.

DO THEY COME ASSEMBLED?

Our units are delivered unassembled. We supply simple assembly
instructions, but we recommend a 2-person assembly. Your unit should be
assembled and sited on a flat, firm surface. Do not site your unit on
grass/mud or gravel. Gravel will cause your unit to sit uneven, and your
unit will sink into mud/grass due to the weight, both of which will impact
the effectiveness of the unit.

DO I HAVE TO LAY A BASE?

If you don’t have an already firm and level surface to site your unit, we highly
recommend you build or create a suitable base for you unit to lay on such
as concrete, pavers and tarmac.

DO THEY COME IN DIFFERENT COLOURS ?

Yes we offer a choice of 5 colours across all of the units in our range, Dark Grey,
Cream, Clay Brown, Fir Green and Lakeland Light Green.


HOW ARE THEY DELIVERED?

Our units are delivered by a 3rd party courier and are packaged unassembled in a stillage. The
units are delivered by the courier on a kerb-side basis, and it is the responsibility of the customer to unpack the unit and dispose of the stillage.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery is free of charge to most mainland UK addresses. There may be a delivery fuel surcharge for outlying regions and some London addresses. This is due to the recent rise in fuel costs beyond our control.

WHAT ARE THE BASE DIMENSIONS?

The unit base dimensions are displayed on each product page, this is the minimum recommended size that your base should be. The base should also be a minimum on 2 inches thick and 4 inches thick if you’re wanting to install a ground anchor. Please note that ground anchors must be treated with rust Inhibitor.

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME -FRAME ?

From when the order is placed, the lead time for manufacture is 20 working days for the majority of our units and allow up to 48 hours for delivery once your order has been dispatched. We’re pleased to say that our best-selling shed, The Richmond, has a manufacturing lead time of 10 working days with up to 48 hours for delivery.* *This is subject to change due to customer demand

I NEED A REPLACEMENT PART FOR MY SHED, WHAT CAN I DO?

requirements and we can supply you with the information you need.

I HAVE A CARAVAN, WHICH STORAGE UNIT IS BEST?

Some holiday parks have height restrictions for external storage, we recommend you enquire with
your park office prior to purchase. Our Richmond unit is our best seller for caravan owners, and you can find our sheds situated on the biggest holiday parks up and down the UK.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY HANDLE HAS SNAPPED OFF?

The handles on our units are designed to shear off during an attempted break-in to keep your valuables safe. If the hand has sheared off, the only other way to enter the unit is to use the key. If this has happened to you, please contact our sales team on 0208 064 2519.

I HAVE SCRATCHED MY SHED, WHAT CAN I DO?

We offer a touch-up spray paint to treat scratches in the paint. We suggest treating the area as soon as possible as it will be susceptible to rust if left untreated.
