The Shire Alnwick 7 x 7 comes complete with an attractive veranda and Georgian glazing to the joinery quality doors, creating a very pretty summerhouse.
There is a large canopy over the veranda which adds to its appeal. Imagine relaxing peacefully in your summerhouse on a summer's evening!
It is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, FSC-approved, slow-grown northern European pine.
The floor is T&G boards and the roof is solid sheet OSB boards, with green mineral felt supplied for the exterior.
The Summerhouse is supplied with a dip-treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat in your own choice of colour upon installation.
To ensure your safety the doors (set in the 7' gable) are glazed with Perspex.

- We can often deliver on specified dates, but this cannot always be guaranteed. You can select and track your preferred delivery date online.
You will be contacted at least 24 hours before delivery.
- Delivery will be made using a small flatbed truck. The driver will unpack the building.
- Assembly is very straightforward with two adults and standard DIY tools. Simply unload the pallet piece by piece.
